Refund

Shopify bills your subscription. We correct a wrong charge through Shopify's app-charge refund process.

1. Who refunds

WaveApp LLC makes Levelrow. Shopify is the merchant and bills it as the terms describe. We decide and issue full or partial refunds through Shopify's Partner Dashboard. Shopify credits your invoice. We offer no voluntary refund window. Your statutory rights still apply.

2. How to ask

Email support@levelrow.com from your store contact address with your shop domain, invoice date and what was wrong.

3. Trials and cancellation

Uninstall Levelrow from your Shopify admin to stop the next month. A refund does not cancel the subscription.

4. After a refund

Your account map, your posted history and your exports stay available while the app is installed. The journal entries Levelrow posted into QuickBooks are yours either way; a refund does not remove them.
